How do I book a campaign via FRAMEN?
Can FRAMEN create content for my campaign?
Currently, we don’t offer content creation services. However, we're more than happy to help you find the best format for your campaign. You can also check out some case studies for inspiration. In future, we will soon launch FRAMEN studios to support our advertisers on content creation.
How does FRAMEN measure the reach of a campaign?
We use a variety of methods to make your campaign successful and get the best reach. Some of our calculation methods combine the below parameters to determine the number of impressions your campaign has reached. •Timing – hours of operation and dates •Audience count – the average number of people at the location •Quantity – number of screens on-site •Average attention span – the amount of time spent looking at our screens before being distracted •Loop length – the duration between playing two consecutive ads •Spot duration – the duration of the ad
How do I track my campaign performance?
You can track the success of your campaign(s), by reviewing the dashboard in Campaign Planner. You will see the number of times your ad has been played and its results.
What's the budget I need for a FRAMEN campaign?
From €10 to €1,000,000, FRAMEN is made for every budget or company.
How can I pay for my campaign?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and regular Invoicing.
What industries do your Screen Managers come from?
Banks, bars, beauty salons, cafes, co-working spaces, colleges and universities, medical clinics, fitness clubs, gas station shops, grocery stores, gyms, hotels, malls, parking garages, restaurants, and urban panels.
How long are the screens on each day?
It depends on the location, usually between 10 to 24 hours a day.
Do I need to hire a FRAMEN expert to set up a campaign?
There's no need for a FRAMEN expert because our Ads manager is easy and simple. You can launch a campaign in 5 minutes without any experience. But if you need additional support, your account manager will be happy to help.
What's the duration of an ad slot?
How often will my campaign appear?
Up to 20 times per hour, but it depends on your budget, audience, and goals.
Why does it take time for my campaign to go live?
To promise our partners' brand safety, we manually approve every ad according to our quality standards. It takes up to 24 hours, but it's worth the wait.
How is FRAMEN different from regular display ads (DOOH)?
Before FRAMEN, Digital-Out-Of-Home had the same disadvantages as regular OOH. It was expensive, manual and difficult to book. And therefore, inaccessible to small businesses. It also didn't allow for precise audience targeting and tracking campaign performance. We fill in those gaps with our technology.
What's the advantage of advertising on screens?
Screens are the ultimate audience attention grabbers be it a bar, supermarkets or an airport and contextually placing ads in the right screens can get you closer to your target audience and drive your brand impact. Unlike online web advertising, FRAMEN screens have no GDPR restrictions and your ads get the best attention they deserve.
